
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
HARI RAYA PHOTOSHOOT SESSION
1. Booking and Payment:
• Full payment is required to secure the slot.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
• payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 3 days before the photoshoot date.
• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 3 days’ notice, subject to availability.
3. Session Duration:
• Additional charges apply for extended time beyond the allocated duration.
4. Number of Participants:
• Number of participants according to the package. Additional charges (+RM30) apply for each extra participant.
5. Attire and Preparation:
• Clients are responsible for bringing their own outfits. Traditional Hari Raya attire such as baju Melayu, baju kurung, or other cultural clothing is highly recommended.
6. Photo Deliverables:
• Clients will receive soft copy photos within 7 working days after the session.
• Clients will receive photo frames or album within 3 weeks after design confirmation made by clients.
7. Copyrights:
• Copyright of all photos remains with the photography service provider. Clients are granted a license for personal use.
• Photos may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Safety and Cleanliness:
• Clients are responsible for handling studio or on-site equipment with care. Any damages caused due to negligence will be charged to the client.
9. Punctuality:
• We advise clients to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled slot to allow for preparation and ensure the photoshoot session starts on time
• Sessions will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Delays caused by the client will not extend the session duration.
• If clients arrive late, the session will not be extended or adjusted. However, we will reschedule to the next available slot, subject to availability
10. Liability:
• The service provider will not be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings during the session.
